Our Estates and Facilities department is responsible for maintaining reactive, planned, and compliance services.\n\nAbout the role:\n You will be responsible for undertaking planned preventative and reactive maintenance throughout designated buildings, ensuring adherence to operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements. You will provide technical and managerial support to Technicians within the team.\n\nThe Maintenance team, including the Senior Maintenance Technician, will have responsibility for the operational performance and safety of their buildings at all times.
You will liaise with specialist sub-contractors and other dedicated engineers to maintain high-quality service delivery and maximum system uptime.\n\nAccountabilities\n\nGain thorough knowledge of the operation and recovery procedures for all critical systems within the buildings.\nExecute the planned preventative maintenance schedule, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines, statutory acts, and regulations.
