Job Description Parkinson Gray Associates are the leading building services (mechanical and electrical) Recruiters in the Yorkshire region. We have been engaged by our Client, a large-scale national building services contractor, to assist them with their recruitment for a senior M&E Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager.\n\nThis is a senior role within the commercial division of this business. As Senior MEP QS / Commercial Manager your focus will be on heading all commercial aspects of the business, rather than management of other QS’s.
Our Client is seeking a Candidate with extensive QS experience, specifically within building services.\n\nAs a senior MEP QS, if your experience is relevant to this role, there is little need to provide a list of duties and responsibilities here. You will know what a QS does day to day. It is, perhaps, more useful to talk about the business.
This is a well-established and well-known building services contractor based in Sheffield. With a turnover of circa £20M they have a good market share within the retail and commercial sectors.
