Today, we have offices in the USA, Canada, Ireland, and Australia. br Job Description br As our Senior Life Pricing Actuary, you'll spearhead our product pricing strategies across multiple international markets. This influential role offers significant visibility throughout the organization and the chance to directly impact business growth through innovative pricing solutions that resonate with consumers. br Your Impact br Design and implement competitive retail pricing strategies across the UK, Canada, and Australia br Conduct comprehensive Value for Money (VFM) assessments to ensure product competitiveness br Lead sophisticated Experience Investigations, with particular focus on Lapse analysis br Develop and maintain dynamic pricing models balancing profitability with market position br Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize product features and pricing br Contribute valuable insights to embedded value reporting for strategic business decisions br Partner with the corporate actuarial team on financial projections and planning br Mentor and develop junior actuarial talent br Qualifications br Fellow of Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or equivalent qualification br Substantial experience in life insurance product pricing br Proven track record developing successful pricing strategies br Strong understanding of distribution channels and consumer behavior br Multi-regulatory environment experience (UK, Canada, Australia preferred) br SQL proficiency for advanced pricing analysis br Deep knowledge of experience analysis methodologies br Exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication skills br You thrive in fast-paced environments where flexibility and adaptability are essential. Your commercial focus combines with deep technical understanding of insurance pricing principles.
