Job Title: Lettings Negotiator - City Island

Location: City Island (Beautiful waterfront office)
Salary: Basic up to £25,000 | £75,000 OTE | 2-month initial guarantee | Pool car provided
Commission: Scaled structure from 9% to 30%
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, every other Saturday with an early finish

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Registering and qualifying applicants

Arranging and attending property viewings

Negotiating offers between tenants and landlords

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Working to and exceeding personal and team targets

Staying up to date with market trends and legal requirements

Key Requirements:

2 + years in Lettings

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Highly motivated and target-driven

Full UK driving licence
