Senior Talent & Development Partner – Talent Solutions

We have the pleasure of partnering with an award-winning global Talent Solutions organisation, specialising in the digital and tech space. The company is looking to hire a Senior L&D candidate, focusing on the operations side of the business, spanning a headcount of around 140. We are looking for a strong all-rounder, who can offer a 360 approach – identify, develop, and deliver to enhance an all ready high performing team.
Duties
You will design and develop training strategies across the Operations team. Implementing career frameworks, succession planning initiatives, and talent management strategies to support employee growth and retention.
You will LOVE the delivery side of training! Demonstrable experience of delivering training to Senior managers, and be able to offer a unique and memorable approach. Coach and guide team leaders and managers to help them achieve their goals, on a 1:1, small group or via ongoing programmes.
Stakeholder management is essential and an ability to flex your style. The role supports both core operational business functions and the in-house Academy so you must comfortable supporting a wide reaching client group.
Using the LMS, you will ensure efficient delivery, tracking, and reporting of training activities and be able to deliver performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes.
The role would suit someone who has some previous experience working within recruitment to understand the nuances and challenges of the industry. You will have extensive experience working within L&D, and be comfortable in a role that requires operational delivery, and strategic solutions. A strong all-rounder!!
