Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:
Support all Group IT infrastructure, security, and associated applications.
Support network and communications systems, including Cisco network infrastructure (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
Design and implement factory and site infrastructure.
Collaborate with our Security team to provide technical assistance for Security implementations and Operations.
Manage Windows Server environments both on-premises and in Azure.
Maintain backups across large, multi-site IT infrastructures and the cloud.
Manage operations across a combination of on-premises, hybrid, cloud, and multi-cloud infrastructures.
Maintain a complex network of Active Directories and Azure AD.
Provide advanced support to our valued customers and team members.

Essential Experience and Skills:
5+ years of experience in a similar senior Infrastructure role.
Support of all network and communications systems, including Cisco network infrastructure (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
