🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, driving workforce and talent plans
- Lead complex change management (TUPE, restructures, redeployments)
- Deliver people analytics to support talent strategies and business decisions
- Support and coach managers on performance, engagement, and employee relations
- Lead HR projects across multiple divisions
- Drive succession planning, talent management, and leadership development
- Shape reward strategy and oversee pay review/benchmarking
- Support bids, audits, and contract tenders from a People perspective
- Manage escalated ER cases, including immigration and settlement agreements
- Develop HR team members through mentoring and leadership
🚀 What You Bring:
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen and confident HR expertise
- Proven experience in strategic partnering and complex HR change projects
- Skilled in ER, employment law, people analytics, and talent development
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Calm under pressure, detail-focused, and highly organised
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
