Job summary br br You can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below. br The is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team who are setting a high bar for using Management Information (MI) to enable effective decision making in Finance and across HM Land Registry (HMLR). br As our Senior Financial Planning System Analyst, you will play an integral role supporting the on-going development and maintenance of our financial planning and reporting system, currently Anaplan. We are looking for a logically minded individual, someone confident with Excel, and experienced in building financial planning and reporting systems to help take forward our financial reporting system to support HMLR in achieving its future goals and objectives. br There will be the opportunity to build effective working relationships across HMLR and the Anaplan network, and we will support you in gaining official Anaplan Qualifications (or obtaining further qualifications). br Job description br Working within the Finance team, you will be the technical expert for queries on the financial planning system (Anaplan), providing advice to stakeholders (including senior managers) and explaining often complex issues/tools in an understandable way. br You will help identify and implement opportunities to enhance data connectivity between all systems, and take a proactive role in identifying potential improvements to the system and processes. br You will be a key decision maker for any system changes, taking account of wider and sometimes complex implications such as costs and wider cross HMLR impacts. br You will build capability on the financial planning system (Anaplan) across the wider the wider organisation through co-ordination, development and delivery of training material and courses that build understanding of the use of and outputs from the models. br Please see the attached Candidate Pack for more details. br Person specification br To be successful in this role you will have experience of managing, maintaining, and developing a complex reporting system, and of training system users. br You will be adept at complex data analysis, and have experience of manging system access controls. br You will be comfortable with managing multiple stakeholders at all levels, and have the ability to explain complex system issues to non-technical users. br Where an individual taking up the responsibility will be based in our Swansea Office, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable. br Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent br Pay: £44,081.00-£48,124.00 per year br Benefits: br Bereavement leave br Company pension br Enhanced maternity leave br Enhanced paternity leave br Flexitime br Paid volunteer time br Sick pay br Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gloucester, Gloucestershire br Reference ID: 403185
