With an impressive annual turnover exceeding £70 million, they continue to expand their footprint across London, the Midlands, and the Southeast. Their portfolio includes civil, commercial, and residential projects ranging from complex refurbishments to major developments valued between £5 million and £20 million.
About the Role
We’re working closely with a respected RC Frame and Groundwork Contractor with over 50 years of industry expertise and a strong trajectory for growth. They are seeking a Senior Estimator to join their commercial team and take the lead in pricing high-value projects and securing new business opportunities. This is a high-impact role ideal for a driven, commercially astute individual ready to contribute directly to the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing accurate cost estimates for RC frame and groundwork packages
* Supporting tender submissions and bid presentations
* Liaising with clients, engineers, and project managers
* Identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring competitive pricing strategies
About You
* A strong background in Estimating within RC Frame and Groundwork contracting
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Estimator
* Excellent industry knowledge and commercial awareness
* Ideally comes from a Quantity Surveying background within the RC Frame and Groundworks sector
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary: £100,000 – £120,000 (depending on experience)
