Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for an exciting new challenge? We are exclusively recruiting for a leading multi-discipline specialist contractor, established in the 1970s, providing Building Services, Construction, FM, and Energy Solutions across the UK and Ireland.
As a medium-sized MEP contractor, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions across a range of sectors, including life sciences, data centres, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Lead the electrical estimating process for high-profile projects.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, including material take-offs, labour, and equipment pricing.
Collaborate closely with the pre-construction team to deliver accurate and competitive bids.
Evaluate and negotiate tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Conduct risk assessments and provide value engineering solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.About You:
Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry, ideally with a background in healthcare, laboratories, and other technical projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a track record of successful project bids.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
