Job Description Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer – Cat A Office Projects (High-Rise)

Central London | Outside IR35 | £40 per hour | 3 Days in Office

We are working with a leading MEP consultancy in Central London seeking a Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer to support major Cat A high-rise commercial office developments .

This is a contract role (outside IR35) offering £40 per hour , with a flexible hybrid setup — just 3 days per week in the office .

Role Overview:
You’ll play a key role in the electrical design and coordination of high-rise office schemes (Cat A fit-outs), working closely with internal design teams, architects, and contractors. This role is ideally suited to someone confident leading packages, attending design team meetings, and delivering high-quality technical output to tight deadlines.

✅ Key Requirements:
Strong experience in electrical building services design for Cat A commercial office blocks (ideally high-rise).
Competence with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, and Amtech/Trimble ProDesign .
