Senior Design Manager

We are recruiting for experienced Senior Technical Design Manager for our growing team at Grove Developments which is part of the Arora Group. Experts in the Commercial and Hospitality sectors you will work on a vast portfolio of large-scale projects.
This role will be fully office based role at the Arora Group Head Office in Heathrow airport area.
You will be fully responsible for the delivery of technical drawing packages working directly with the architectural design team. Your responsibilities will also include implementing the relevant project plans for BIM delivery and ensuring all items of the project are delivered on time. So if you are technically driven, Revit and have a passion for BIM this is the role for you.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work with Lead architect on all design development, responsible for the technological design from concept to completion.
Responsible for all technical detailing of the project (demonstrable experience in the delivery of technical drawing packages)
Assist Lead architect with all material and construction systems to meet original design intent
Writing and collating NBS specification with Lead architect
Coordinating with sub consultants with all drawing packages
Review all drawings packages ensuring drawings and documentation carefully coordinated with sub consultants prior to submissions
