Senior Design Engineer

Job Description We are looking for a HVAC Projects Design Engineer / Manager to join our growing client in Rugeley.

This role would suit someone with at least 5 years’ experience managing and taking HVAC Design Projects from concept to completion ideally working on Office Fit Out, Commercial or Retail sites.

Key Responsibilities:

The HVAC Projects Design Engineer / Manager will be taking Design projects from concept to completion liaising with the Project Manager, Sales team and the CAD Designers to deliver multiple customer projects
Attending customer sites at least once a week to undertake surveys, provide technical guidance and reports as well as present value engineering opportunities
Liaise with clients to advise and provide technical engineering solutions to meet specifications

Key Attributes:

Experience in HVAC systems or building services is essential
Proven background in technical design and managing overall projects
Experience in Office or Retail fit outs or other commercial buildings etc. is essential
Willingness to travel to client sites for site surveys and meetings
