Senior Business Analyst - CRM (Physical Commodities Trading)

We're working with a major energy firm undergoing a large-scale transformation of its trading operations, including a strategic overhaul of its CRM systems. As part of a greenfield programme, they are scaling their physical commodities trading capabilities and need a Senior Business Analyst to lead the CRM selection and implementation project.

What you'll do:

• Lead the end-to-end CRM selection and implementation lifecycle
• Gather and document requirements across trading, commercial, and operations teams
• Evaluate CRM solutions (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)
• Align stakeholders across the front, middle, and back office
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and CRM-to-trading systems integration

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a BA in physical commodities trading (energy, LNG, metals, etc.)
• CRM system implementation experience (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of trading workflows and CRM interfacing
