Senior Construction Manager

Are you a permanent Senior Construction Manager with good Industrial & Logistics project experience?
Have you got strong refurb and extension plus top fit out experience? 
Is client management and relationship building a strength of yours?

Senior Construction Manager roles & responsibilities:

• Project set up 
• Point of contact between site management and senior project management teams
• Programme management
• Quality management
• Reporting upline to Project Manager

Project Manager experience required:

• Minimum 3 years Senior Construction Manager experience required
• Extensive Industrial & Logistics project experience
• CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certs
• Strong IT / reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills, written / spoken

Working on a £20m new build project, you will be No.2 on site responsible for the successful delivery of some complex refresh works.  This is a red hot role, we have interview slots next week, start on site in June.
