Your Role: Work with the Head of Commercial and other key stakeholders on the development, implementation and maintenance of ADSL commercial policies, processes and procedures.
Act as a commercial focal point across the business, providing commercial support in day-to-day activities to include, but not limited to, providing contractual interpretation and guidance.
Identify of potential liabilities, risks, opportunities, issues and disputes arising with customers, suppliers, partners and third parties, and produce innovative mitigation plans.
