Job Description Sewell Wallis are partnering with a regional firm of Accountants who, due to growth, are looking to recruit a Senior Client Accountant into their Head Office team in Leeds.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that truly believes in looking after its staff and offers ongoing progression and development opportunities.\n\n What will you be doing?\n\nPreparing management and statutory accounts for a portfolio of clients.\nAssisting with the onboarding of new clients.\nPreparing corporate and personal tax returns.\nWorking closely with the leadership team in helping to drive their continued growth strategy\nBuilding, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients \nLiaising with HMRC.\nPreparing and reviewing VAT returns.\nReview work completed by junior members of the team. \n What skills are we looking for?\n\nPQ/Qualified ACCA / ACA / AAT qualified.\nExperience working within an Accountancy Practice and managing a portfolio of clients.\nKnowledge of Sage 50, Xero, and QuickBooks is advantageous.\nAmbitious individual, looking to progress.\nAbility to work to tight deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and client...
