Senior Carer Duties
* Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients
* Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication administration
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Maintain accurate records of care provided
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Office-Based Duties:
* Develop and update client care plans and risk assessments
* Coordinate staff schedules and rotas to ensure adequate coverage
* Manage and maintain accurate administrative records, including timesheets and incident reports
* Liaise with healthcare professionals to arrange appointments and follow-ups for clients
* Conduct staff supervisions and appraisals, providing feedback and support
Senior Carer Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a care role
* Valid Right to Work in the UK
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and computer literacy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Driving license and access to a vehicle preferred but not mandatory
