Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
Develop and refine user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with Agile methodologies.
Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and product owners.
Facilitate retrospectives and sprint reviews, driving continuous improvement.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams, ensuring streamlined communication     and project delivery.
Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to align solutions with business objectives.
