Future Prospects Group are delighted to be working with our client from within the manufacturing industry who are actively recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst and Designer on a full-time, permanent basis to join their team.

As Senior Business Analyst and Designer you will have a deep understanding of ERP systems and be able to design and implement cross functional solutions.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities as a Senior Business Analyst and Designer will include:

* Gather and analyse user requirements, and translate them into detailed project plans

* Design and implement ERP solutions to enhance efficiency

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration

* Evaluate performance of design and implement scalable solutions

* Lead and mentor junior analysts

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Senior Business Analyst and Designer will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

* Proven experience with ERP systems in the manufacturing sector

* Strong understanding of Waterfall and RUP methodologies

* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

* Minimum of 3 years in a similar role

* Be prepared to travel globally
