Senior Building Surveyor

We’re partnering with a dynamic and growing multidisciplinary consultancy that’s expanding its Building Surveying division due to sustained growth and a strong project pipeline. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor who’s ready to step into a senior role, contribute strategically, and play a key part in the division's growth.

What You'll Do:

Lead and deliver a mix of professional and project-based building surveying services

Manage client relationships across commercial, residential, and public sectors

*

Support junior team members through mentoring and technical guidance

*

Contribute to business development and growth of the surveying division

About You:

*

MRICS qualified (or close to qualification)

*

Strong background in building surveying, both professional and project work

*

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

*

Ambitious and eager to take on leadership responsibilities
