Our Leeds-based team collaborates remotely, embracing flexibility and work-life balance.Joining a small but senior team you will have the ability to own, fashion and create the reporting function for several key business functionsRole Overview: As a Senior BI / Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights. You’ll work with our web-based PowerBI reporting tool, visualizing key operational metrics from our JDE/Oracle ERP and CRM (Hubspot). Your mission? To empower decision-makers across departments and engage stakeholders to achieve business goals.Responsibilities:Translate Business Challenges: Convert complex business problems into clear report specifications.Data Representation: Map business processes into data structures, ensuring accurate representation.Mathematical Insights: Translate business questions into meaningful mathematical tests.Visual Storytelling: Use data visualization to convey conclusions and insights effectively.Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate findings to business stakeholders, helping them interpret data and visualizations.Problem-Solving: Independently analyze data, propose solutions, and report back to management.Inclusive Communication: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define project goals.Technical Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, business studies, or related field.Tools: Proficiency in PowerBI and SQL reporting.Desirable Skills: Familiarity with JD Edwards / Oracle and Hubspot CRM.Analytical Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of statistics and databases.Benefits:• Excellent Pension contribution up 11% from employer• EAP Programme• Holidays 25 days, plus BH and the option to buy or sell up to 5 days.• Hours – 35 hrs (worked hours) Mon-Fri (the place of work would be our offices in Leeds however some flex/hybrid working)• On site Gym• On site parkingUnfortunately, we may struggle to respond to every applicant, Boost often get a very high response rate on their advertisements and will be in touch if they feel your candidature is suitable for the opportunity.We will process your CV and personal information to assess your suitability for the role.
