Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Mrics

Key Duties  Previous Building Surveying experience  MRICS qualified  Successful track record of leading projects from inception to completion  Pre and post contract experience  Experience in all aspects of professional side of BS, including dilapidations, schedules of condition, preacquisition surveys etc  Able to work alone or as part of a team, be responsible for your own workload, and have the ability to liaise with clients on a variety of projects  Full UK Driving licence as you will be required to visit clients and projects.
