Are you a skilled Senior Architectural Technician looking for your next contract opportunity in London? A UK-renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy is currently seeking an experienced technician to join their technical architecture team on a 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's top multi disciplinary companies on complex, large-scale projects in sectors such as MOD, Life Sciences, Nuclear, and Aviation.
Role Overview - Senior Architectural Technician (London, Contract) 6 month FTC
As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical design and architectural detailing across a range of high-value, secure and safety-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design packages.
Support and lead on design coordination, technical reviews, and quality assurance.
Collaborate with in-house architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure compliant and buildable solutions.
Manage aspects of project costing, timelines, and delivery targets.Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an architectural or technical design role.
Demonstrable experience working on large and complex building projects.
Sector experience in one or more of the following is essential: MOD, MOJ, Life Sciences, Nuclear, Aviation.
Proficient in Revit and other relevant industry software.
Security Clearance (SC) or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.Why Apply?
