An extremely successful, medium sized practice, based in Central London, who attract some very high quality and, in some cases, high profile projects, are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Architect. The practice is well known for attracting commercial, residential and hospitality projects and they employ around thirty people.
The role would initially sit in their commercial team, and you would in part be responsible for reviewing construction drawings and drawing information packages for both new build and large scale refurbishment projects. This will be for both incoming and outgoing drawings. You will need to be proficient with Revit and experience using Aconex or similar would be highly advantageous as would experience of managing small teams. Current projects you will be initially involved in are a 225,000 sq ft prestigious CAT A refurbishment project and a 140,000 sq ft new build commercial project.
