Architectural Technician/Technologist Annual Salary: Dependent on experience + generous benefits package

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in working on a variety of residential projects from inception to completion. Our firm specialises in retail, residential, and leisure projects, primarily using Revit software.
Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the preparation and development of detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects.
Collaborate with architects and other team members to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet regulatory standards.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
Utilise Revit software and other relevant tools to produce accurate and high-quality technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the construction process.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Professional experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist, particularly in residential, retail, and leisure projects.
