Job Description Senior Air Conditioning Engineer\n \nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join one of the UK's leading maintenance providers working across the South of England covering sites across the Home Counties, London and occasioanlly Cambridgeshire.\n\nThe role will involve servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial air conditioning systems including splits, VRVs and VRFs as well as a variety of chillers.\n\nCommissioning experience would be beneficial.\n\nPackage:\n\nSalary: Up to £55,000 (dependant upon experience)\n Hours: 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday\n Paid Travel\n Standby / Call Out: 1 in 10 (£153 a week standby)\n Overtime\n Holidays: 33 days (25 + 8 bank holidays)\n Company vehicle provided with private use\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.\nYou will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites.\nEnsuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date\nSafe working practices in relation to 3 phase and single-phase electrics and applications\nCarry out surveys and complete reports as required by management\n Qualifications / Experience\n\nF-Gas - Essential\n\nDesirable
