The administrator will provide administrative and operational support to the Client. Looking after the use of Commercial Vehicles and Materials Handling Equipment.

* PC literate – MS Office to include Word / Teams / Outlook 365 and excellent Excel skills (pivot tables / vlookup skills / macros)
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Understanding the importance of handling confidential information
Desirable
* Some experience of Fleet/Transport operations
Key Results Areas
You will be required to:
* Assist in the production of fleet Key Performance Indicators and understand how to potentially positively affect outcomes/results
* Achieve statutory compliance relevant to your specific area of responsibility
* Raise Purchase Orders, within approved limits, and highlight related queries with suppliers and senior team members
* Accurately maintain the Fleet database and all other relevant electronic records
* Manage enquiries from our ‘customers’ and seek adequate resolutions, where problems exist
* Follow functional procedures accurately and identify improvement opportunities
