ABOUT THE ROLE
This high-impact role involves managing a significant and varied client portfolio, with direct influence on the firm's strategic direction. As Senior Manager, you'll be at the forefront of client engagement, team leadership, and regional growth setting the stage for your progression to Director and future Regional Lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and nurture a broad client portfolio, delivering top-tier service and building lasting relationships
Develop and mentor a high-performing team, instilling a culture of excellence
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and bring in new business
Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and execute strategic regional plans
Drive transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and visibility in the North West
ABOUT YOU
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with extensive post-qualification experience in practice
Proven success in managing portfolios across audit, accounts, and advisory
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of spotting and seizing growth opportunities
Natural leader and effective communicator who brings out the best in teams and clients
Ambitious, with a clear desire to progress to Director and lead regional strategy
Familiarity with the North West business landscape is a plus
