Role Highlights:
* Supporting pupils with a range of SEND including autism, ADHD, and communication needs
* Working 1:1 and in small groups to deliver tailored learning and behaviour support
* Assisting with classroom activities and fostering a positive, inclusive environment
* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and parents

* Experience supporting children with SEND (school or care-based experience welcome)
* A patient, nurturing, and resilient attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A current DBS or willingness to apply for one
