Pay: £85 - £100 per day
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND, assisting with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
- Assist with classroom activities, including preparation of materials and resources.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
General Skills Required:
- Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEND, is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate nature to support students with diverse needs.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle the challenges and rewards of working in a dynamic educational setting.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of students.
