SEND Teacher

Staff for Education are currently seeking to recruit a SEND Teacher for a fantastic SEND School in Sutton-in-Ashfield to start in September 2025. This is a full time, long term position that will be until the end of the academic year at least.

Main responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement tailored educational plans for students with SEND.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students.

In order to be considered for the position, you must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification. You must also hold a DBS Certificate on the Online Update Service or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS.
