We are currently seeking full-time and ad-hoc SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to children with a range of SEN needs, ensuring they can access learning in a safe and nurturing environment.
Assist with classroom activities, personal care (where required), and social development.
Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans.
Support children in developing communication, independence, and life skills.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes student well-being.
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN or early years learners.
