Experience in a similar role is essential, and this is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in health care support, youth work, sports coaching, behavioural management, or special education.

What You'll Be Doing:

✔️ Supporting pupils in their learning, helping them engage and thrive in an inclusive environment
✔️ Assisting with personal care needs and well-being, ensuring safety and comfort
✔️ Encouraging positive interactions, development, and social engagement
✔️ Helping prepare and organise the classroom to maintain a structured learning space
✔️ Collaborating with SEN-trained staff to deliver tailored support
