We're Hiring: SEN Teaching Assistant for Students with Autism and Additional Needs ?
A specialist school, located in a small village just outside of Maidstone , is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with young people aged 7-19 who have MLD , ASD , and complex needs . The role includes both classroom-based support and involvement in the school's outreach program , assisting with outdoor activities and visits to places such as the local stables.
Position Details:
Hours : 08:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday
Contract Type : Full-Time
About Us:
The school has a fantastic SLT who truly cares about staff well-being and provides a fun and nurturing environment for the students. Class sizes are up to 10 students , with 2-3 Teaching Assistants in each class, ensuring that every student receives the support they need.
The school is dedicated to ensuring pupils get the most from their education, with a therapeutic approach to learning and a supportive environment for children with SEN .
