The school provides specialist support for learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and those presenting with challenging behaviours. As an SENTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse needs, ensuring they thrive both academically and socially.
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment for children with Autism.
Support students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and independence.
Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials.About You:
Experience working in an SEN setting with children with autism is highly desirable.
A calm and empathetic approach to supporting students with complex needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
