Support, inspire, and make a lasting impact as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a vibrant Margate primary school. Starting ASAP, this full-time role involves working closely with Key Stage 2 pupils, providing one-to-one and small group support for SEN needs.
We are a well-established education recruitment agency seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Margate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and preferably experience working within Key Stage 2.
Role Highlights:
Full-time position starting immediately
Support individual pupils with SEN on a one-to-one or small group basis
Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO
Help create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment
Requirements:
Previous SEN experience in an educational setting
Familiarity with Key Stage 2 curriculum is advantageous
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a proactive attitude
