Role Overview:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with a range of special educational needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Working alongside experienced teachers and staff, you will help create a learning space where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.


  • Assist the class teacher in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons.


  • Promote emotional well-being and positive behaviour in the classroom.


  • Support students' development through consistent encouragement and structured routines.


  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external specialists to ensure the best outcomes for each child.


  • Help maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment tailored to SEN learners.


  • Support with personal care needs if required.

What We're Looking For:
