Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs, assisting with academic tasks and promoting independence.
Implement strategies to support students' social, emotional, and behavioural development.
Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials to meet individual needs.
Support students with personal care needs, including mobility assistance, feeding, and toileting, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust support strategies accordingly.
Promote the safety and well-being of students in line with school policies and safeguarding procedures.
