GSL Education are thrilled to offer an opportunity for a caring SEN Teaching Assistant in Tonbridge who can bring their early years’ experience into an SEN school setting and provide tailored support to children with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support children aged 3–7 with SEN, especially those with developmental delays, speech and language needs, or ASD.
Deliver play-based and sensory learning to encourage communication, emotional regulation, and independence.
Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
Assist with classroom activities, transitions, and personal care routines in a respectful and supportive manner.
Provide feedback on progress and help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Use your early years knowledge to support social interaction and personal development.
Requirements:

Experience as an Early Years Support Worker or in a nursery/childcare setting.
Understanding of early childhood development and SEN strategies.
