GSL Education are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals with a background as Activity Instructors to join a specialist SEN school as SEN Teaching Assistants in Tonbridge. Your practical experience leading structured group activities will be invaluable in supporting students with complex needs.

About the Role:

You will support children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Using your activity planning, behaviour management, and motivational skills, you’ll help students build confidence, engage with learning, and develop essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students in the classroom and during off-site learning and enrichment activities.
Promote student engagement through movement-based and experiential learning approaches.
Help implement EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) and behaviour strategies.
Assist with personal development, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
