SEN/SEMH Tutor

Randstad are currently working with a number of schools in the Blackpool area who are seeking additional tutoring support for their SEN pupils. This will include following a EHCP plan. The sessions are face to face, not only to build a child's knowledge, but also to exceed their confidence.
We are keen to hear from inspiring QTS, NQT's, Teaching Assistant's with Level 1-3 qualifications, HLTA certification or graduates who are considering a career within education. Ideally you will have your DBS on the update service, or willing to acquire one.

Key responsibilities:
Working with small group cohorts from 1:1 - 1:6
Following EHCP Plans
Working with SEN pupils with challenging behaviours
Creating lesson plans tailored to the student's learning style
