We are working with a fantastic, forward-thinking SEN school that is seeking a passionate person to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs in the education and training sector.
The Kempston Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant
Support students aged 11-16 with a range of SEMH needs, helping them thrive both emotionally and academically.
Work closely with SENCOs, pastoral teams, and external specialists to provide holistic support.
Deliver tailored 1:1 and small-group interventions aimed at building resilience, emotional regulation, and self-confidence.
Act as a positive role model, helping students re-engage with education in a safe, supportive setting.
