SEMH Teaching Assistant

Job Title: SEMH & SEN Support Location: York and Surrounding Areas Salary: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities)

We're looking for caring, committed and adaptable SEMH/SEN Support Staff to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in York . This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a supply basis , with a mix of day-to-day , short-term and longer-term placements available - tailored to your availability and preferences.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH and/or broader SEN needs
Supporting behaviour, emotional regulation, communication and access to learning
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to deliver tailored support
Encouraging positive relationships, confidence and independence in pupils
