Job Description:
Affinity Workforce Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join the team at our partnered school 2 days a week (Tues and Wed). The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff to support students' academic and emotional development. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of tailored educational programs.
• Providing one-on-one and group support to students.
• Helping to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Monitoring and reporting on students' progress.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Relevant qualifications in education or child development are desirable.
