We’re enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future for all, and br working hard to decarbonise the planet for generations to come. br br strong About the br role /strong br br This role plays br a key role in enabling the smooth-running of Security projects by supporting br portfolio, document and programme management activities and cycles. br br As Security br Document Coordinator, will you’ll provide project and business administration br support including commercial, procedural and compliance activity in the br development and delivery of Security improvements at all Drax Hydro sites. br br You’ll be br responsible for the management and control of all security related br documentation, such as commercial contracts, permits and financing br documentation. Under the direction of your line manager, you’ll also monitor br procedural compliance for the whole team. br br This role will br also support the team with the gating review preparation, reporting and br coordination of resources, information, meetings and governance. br br strong Who we’re br looking for /strong br br Ideally, you’ll br have a background working within a project or cyber/ engineering delivery br environment. You’ll need strong administrative and information/ data management br experience. The ability to understand technical drawings is highly br beneficial. br br IT skills are br essential, particularly with Microsoft Office products. We use SharePoint and br Visio, so experience with these will set you up for success. br br This role br requires strong attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and br problem-solving skills. You’ll need to be able to produce accurate work to br tight timescales. br br You’ll br demonstrate interpersonal, persuasion and communication skills to facilitate br liaison with both internal and external stakeholders.
