Section Engineer

Our client, a renowned leader in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Section Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing a specific section of a highway construction project, ensuring it is executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Organization: Developing and implementing project plans, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets
Supervision and Management: Leading and supervising a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support
Quality Control: Ensuring that work meets specified quality standards and industry best practices
Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborating with other project stakeholders, including contractors and clients, to achieve project goals
Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports
Addressing any technical issues that arise on-site and providing effective solutions
Supporting the project manager in the overall project execution and delivery
