Secondary Teacher responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons within your subject specialism or General Cover
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
Adapt to the needs of different schools and student cohorts
Provide meaningful feedback and support pupil progress
Secondary Teacher requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent secondary teaching qualification recognised in the UK
Strong classroom presence and excellent subject knowledge
Flexibility and adaptability to different school settings
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
