Key Responsibilities

Support Student Achievement – Provide high-quality learning experiences that help students reach their potential.

Build Positive Relationships – Work collaboratively with school staff and engage effectively with students.
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential. Applications without QTS cannot be considered.
*
Flexibility and Reliability – Able to adapt to different schools, subjects, and key stages within the secondary phase.
*
Strong Classroom Management – Confident in maintaining a productive and inclusive classroom environment.
*
Passion for Teaching – A commitment to student development and a positive approach to learning.
*
Experience working with SEND pupils is beneficial but not essential.
