Pay Rate: £31,650 - £47,338 per annum

What are we looking for

• QTS or equivalent qualification
• A commitment to improving outcomes for students with SEMH and ASC
• The ability to develop engaging, adaptive curriculum content
• A teaching approach that is trauma-informed, therapeutic, and student-centred
• Enhanced child DBS on the update service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Two professional references to validate your teaching experience

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across Keystages 3,4&5
• Develop long, medium and short-term planning with support from SLT
• Monitor and assess student progress, setting individualised targets
• Follow school's policies and procedures
